Welcome to Our Private Investigators Blog

Thank you for taking the time to visit our blog .

From time to time we will publish those matters that are close to our business heart and relate to the nature of our business - the world of a private detective agency.

Although we will not discuss specific investigations we are, or have been involved in, we will talk about issues that effect our core business, and highlight trends, patterns and methods that we have come across being used by the people we are investigating, along with tools and systems we have adopted as a resource for our investigative work.

Please feel free to contact us regarding our business or the topics we discuss, we are always happy to hear what you have to say.

We offer our services throughout the UK, working in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Leicester, Sheffield, Derby, Northampton, Lincoln, and Liverpool to name a few.

Working to Prove Your Innocent When Falsely Accused

Have you been falsely accused?
Being wrongly accused of something you didn't do can be a devastating experience that can leave you stressed, anxious and emotionally weak.

This is understandable and effects not only you, but those around you including family, friends and work colleagues.

If the allegation made against you is false or unfounded then immediately you are in a strong position because all you can tell is the truth. The next thing you need to consider is how am I going to prove my innocence and reveal the truth.

The first step is to seek the right advice from an experienced advocate. This person needs to have the relevant experience in the situation you find yourself, and they need to be working for you.

So many times we have come across legal experts who seem to lose sight of their clients’ perspective and situation providing a half-hearted service when so much more could have been done

Whether the situation you find yourself in is an employment matter, a civil case or a criminal investigation, you will find most solicitors and barristers are not the white knights working to rescue you from an impending fate.

It is you the individual who has to work hard to clear your name, and it’s only you who will fight tooth and nail to clear your name and preserve your reputation.

If you have faith in your defence team to do the upmost they can to help you then we wish you luck.

All too often clients come to us after the decision has been made, wishing they had been more personally pro-active in defending their case, realising they could have done so much more to fight their corner.

We have assisted individuals who have found themselves wrongly accused in various situations.

These situations include:

  • A man who was wrongly accused of accessing websites of a sexual nature in the workplace
  • A man who was falsely accused of sexual assault at work by a colleague
  • A woman who was sacked for allegedly stealing from her employer
  • A man who was harassed by members of the local Police
  • A business owner who was falsely accused of threatening an employee
  • An individual who was suspended for inappropriate behaviour whilst at work

We have been able to obtain the evidence necessary to disprove the allegations and allow the clients to get on with their lives and continue their careers.

We are skilled investigators who are proven to be able to obtain evidence crucial to revealing the truth. From recovering and analysing mobile phones and computers and seizing cctv footage to identifying independent witnesses and interviewing pivotal eye witnesses, along with identifying credible alibis.

We examine each case with a critical eye and consider all options in creating a strategy to seek the truth. We will also talk you through on how to prepare your defence case and what you should consider when formulating your argument for a hearing, tribunal or court case.

If you would like to discuss how we can help following a false accusation being made against you either at work or in the criminal aspect, please contact us on 0845 544 1947 or e-mail us at enquiries@sghprivateinvestigators.co.uk.
